Service Description

ReelGenix is an AI-powered platform that generates faceless short-form videos. The service includes AI script writing, text-to-speech narration, AI image generation, video assembly, and optional automated posting to social media platforms.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use ReelGenix. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use our service.

Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Cashfree.
  • Each plan includes video generation based on posting frequency (3x/week, daily, or 2x/day).
  • Additional series can be added at an additional cost.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused credits.
  • If a video generation fails due to a technical error, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Content Ownership & License

Images and content generated through ReelGenix are licensed to you for commercial and personal use. Copyright for all custom images, scripts, or content you submit to ReelGenix remains with the original owner/author.

AI-generated content may not be fully original and could resemble existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and platform terms of service.

YouTube Integration

ReelGenix utilizes YouTube API Services. ReelGenix Users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Instagram Integration

ReelGenix allows posting to Instagram via the Instagram Graph API. Users agree to be bound by Instagram's Terms of Use when using this feature.

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears in videos created using ReelGenix, or to the websites, channels, or accounts where the videos are used. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are related to the content.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ReelGenix to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or hateful content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Impersonate other individuals or entities
  • Generate spam or misleading content
  • Violate the terms of any social media platform
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT REELGENIX IS FREE OF INACCURACIES, ERRORS, BUGS, OR INTERRUPTIONS, OR IS RELIABLE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR OTHERWISE VALID. REELGENIX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, TITLE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
