ReelGenix is a digital service — we do not sell or ship any physical products. This policy explains how our digital service is delivered to you.

Service Delivery

  • Immediate access: Upon successful payment, your subscription plan is activated instantly. You will have immediate access to all features included in your selected plan.
  • Account activation: Your credits and plan features are available in your dashboard within seconds of payment confirmation.
  • No physical delivery: As a fully digital service, there is no shipping, handling, or physical delivery involved.

What You Receive

  • Access to AI-powered video generation tools
  • Monthly video generation credits based on your plan
  • Access to 12+ art styles, AI voiceover, and caption styles
  • Ability to download generated videos in MP4 format
  • Series automation features (based on plan)

Video Generation Delivery

  • Generated videos are typically ready within 2-5 minutes depending on duration and complexity.
  • Once completed, videos are available for streaming and download from your dashboard.
  • Generated videos are stored for 90 days after creation.
  • You can download your videos at any time during the storage period.

Service Delivery Failure

In the rare event that service delivery fails:

  • Payment processed but plan not activated: Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will activate your plan manually within 24 hours or process a full refund.
  • Video generation failure: Credits are automatically refunded to your account. You can retry the generation at no additional cost.
  • Platform downtime: If the service is unavailable for an extended period, refer to our Refund Policy for applicable remedies.
