About ReelGenix

ReelGenix is owned and operated by Mannu Rai (Sole Proprietor), a sole proprietorship based in Faridabad, Haryana, India. ReelGenix is available online at reelgenix.com.

ReelGenix is an AI-powered faceless short-form video generator. It is a software-as-a-service product: you describe the kind of videos you want, and the platform writes the script, narrates it, generates the visuals, and assembles a finished vertical video ready for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. No camera, microphone, editing software or on-screen presenter is required.

Important: ReelGenix is a strictly safe-for-work platform. The software is not involved in any kind of nudity or adult content generation. It does not produce, host or permit nudity, pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene or otherwise adult material of any kind. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.

ReelGenix is built for content creators, faceless channel owners, digital marketers, small businesses, educators and agencies who want to publish short-form video consistently without a production team. The service is delivered entirely online through a web dashboard and is sold as prepaid credit packs, described in full below.

What We Offer

The ReelGenix platform provides the following capabilities. Some are included on every plan and some depend on the plan you buy; the exact allocation for each plan is listed under Plans & Pricing below.

  • AI script writing (all plans): the platform writes a complete short-form video script from your topic, niche or prompt, structured with a hook, body and closing line. Scripts can be generated in over 40 languages.
  • AI text-to-speech voiceover (all plans): the script is narrated with a natural-sounding AI voice, with a selection of male and female voices across multiple languages to match the tone of your channel.
  • AI image generation (all plans): every scene of the script is illustrated with original AI-generated images created for that specific line of narration.
  • Automatic video assembly (all plans): images, voiceover and timing are combined automatically into a finished vertical (9:16) MP4 video file.
  • Captions and subtitles (all plans): word-level captions are burned into the video and synchronised with the voiceover, with a choice of 8 caption styles and positions.
  • Art styles (all plans): 12 or more visual styles are available, so your channel keeps a consistent look across every video.
  • Background music (paid plans): a background music track can be added and mixed underneath the narration at a balanced volume. Not available on the Free plan.
  • Watermark-free videos (paid plans): videos generated on the Free plan carry a ReelGenix watermark. Videos on all paid plans do not.
  • Series scheduling (Basic plan and above): create a series once and let ReelGenix generate new episodes on a recurring schedule instead of starting from scratch each time.
  • Optional automated posting (Starter plan and above): you may connect a YouTube or Instagram account so that finished videos are published directly to it, at the posting frequency included in your plan. This is entirely optional. On every plan, including plans without automated posting, you can simply download each video and publish it yourself.

How It Works

The service is used entirely from your browser. The steps are:

  • Step 1 — Create a series: sign in, open the dashboard and create a new series by choosing your topic, niche or idea.
  • Step 2 — Customise it: pick the art style, the AI voice and language, the caption style, the background music and the video length, and decide how often you want new episodes generated.
  • Step 3 — Generate: start the generation. ReelGenix writes the script, produces the voiceover, generates the images and assembles the finished video. One credit is used for each video generated.
  • Step 4 — Publish or download: preview the finished video in your dashboard, then download the MP4 file, or let ReelGenix post it automatically to your connected YouTube or Instagram account if your plan includes automated posting.

Plans & Pricing

ReelGenix is sold as prepaid credit packs. 1 credit = 1 generated video. Each purchase is a single one-time payment made through our payment gateway. There is no auto-debit mandate and no automatic renewal: when your credits run out, you choose whether and when to buy another pack. The available packs are:

  • Free — Rs.0: 1 credit, given once on sign-up so you can try the platform before buying. Videos up to 30 seconds, carries a ReelGenix watermark, no background music, no series and no automated posting.
  • Trial — Rs.499: 4 credits, valid for 7 days from purchase. Videos up to 30 seconds, no automated posting.
  • Basic — Rs.999: 8 credits with no expiry. Videos up to 50 seconds, 1 series, custom AI voiceover, no watermark, no automated posting.
  • Starter — Rs.1,499: 13 credits. Videos up to 50 seconds, automated posting 3 times per week, 1 series, background music, no watermark.
  • Creator — Rs.3,249: 30 credits. Videos up to 50 seconds, automated posting every day, 1 series, background music, no watermark.
  • Pro — Rs.5,749: 60 credits. Videos up to 50 seconds, automated posting twice a day, 1 series, background music, no watermark, priority support.

Additional series: the Starter, Creator and Pro packs include one series. If you want more than one series, you can add them at checkout using the series selector on the pricing page. The price shown is multiplied by the number of series you select, and the total payable is always displayed before you pay.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. There are no hidden charges, no setup fees and no automatic renewal: you buy a pack, the credits are added to your account, and you decide whether to buy again. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner over a secure connection; ReelGenix does not store your card or banking details.

What You Receive & Delivery

ReelGenix is a purely digital service. Nothing is physically shipped and there are no delivery charges, couriers or tracking numbers involved.

  • Credits: your purchased credits are added to your ReelGenix account immediately after a successful payment. Delivery of the purchase is complete at that point.
  • Videos: once you start a generation, the finished video is normally ready within 2 to 5 minutes. Generation time varies with video length and current load on the platform.
  • Access: every finished video appears in your dashboard, where it can be previewed, downloaded as an MP4 file, or posted to a connected YouTube or Instagram account.
  • Storage: generated videos are kept in your dashboard for 90 days after creation, and can be downloaded at any time during that period.
  • Licence: videos you generate may be used for personal and commercial purposes, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
  • Confirmation: if credits do not appear in your account within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it.

Full delivery details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Refunds & Cancellation

Because credits are delivered instantly and the service is digital, all sales are generally final. We do issue refunds for duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorised transactions and extended service unavailability. If a video generation fails because of a technical error on our side, the credit used for it is refunded to your account automatically, with no action required from you. Credit packs are one-time purchases that do not renew automatically, so no recurring payment is created at checkout and there are no cancellation fees.

The complete policy, including what is and is not eligible and how to raise a request, is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Content Policy

ReelGenix is a strictly safe-for-work platform. The software is not involved in any kind of nudity or adult content generation. It does not generate and does not permit nudity, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit or obscene content of any kind, and such use is expressly prohibited by our Terms. Prompts of this nature are blocked by our content filters, and accounts that attempt to produce such material are suspended or terminated without refund. ReelGenix also prohibits content that is violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others, and any content involving minors in a sexual or suggestive context. The full statement is available on our Disclaimer page.

Customer Support

Our support team is happy to help with billing questions, technical problems or anything else about the service.
